Included her are the VIDCAPS and Video from the Lasater Ranch water sample on day two and three!

Just some general comments here! Generally I used the 500 times magnification for the Lasater Ranch! The protozoa were generally small and moved very fast! I used some Protoslo from Carolina biological supply to try and slow the organisms! Unfortunately, I found that the increased osmotic pressure from this solution just collapsed the small protozoa instead of just slowing them down! There were two mobile rounded shaped colonial organisms in the sample! One appears like a Volvox type colony with Flagella and some connections between cells! It could be a species of Euglena also! The other had flat plate like cells like Pandorina!
